About

I’m a Registered Nurse with a passion for postpartum care and maternal mental health. I’ve worked as a postpartum nurse in the hospital, supporting families through those first sleepless, love-filled, “what just happened?” days after birth.

With a Master of Nursing focused on maternal mental health and training in infant feeding support, I’m passionate about helping parents adjust to life with a new baby.
